After a small fire in the wall, the firemen did their due diligence to preserve this historic site.  They hosed down the fire and removed what was necessary in order to prevent any further damage. SERVPRO of NW and SE Dutchess County was called to the site to do the fire restoration in order to help the restaurant could open back up as soon as possible.
