Water Loss in Stormville NY

This flooded basement in Stormville, NY was the result of a leak from an upstairs bathroom.  You can see in the first photo how the leak damaged the ceiling of the room directly below it, causing the ceiling to actually break open.  SERVPRO of NW and SE Dutchess County was called in to assist with the water mitigation and restoration process.  From the after photo you can see that we were able to remove all the wet material and place the necessary drying equipment to assist with the dryout process.  The customer was so please with the work our technicians provided that they recommended us to their friends and family.
